My name is Michelle Tononi and this is my first year teaching! I am so excited to begin my career here at Mammoth Heights. I graduated from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan (Go Bulldogs!). My bachelor's degree is in elementary education and I have minors in math and science. I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan the home of Faygo pop, Better Made chips, and the Detroit Tigers. This summer I packed up my belongings and traded the Great Lakes for the mountains. Outside of school I love playing softball, snowboarding, hiking, and reading.

I believe that every student that walks into my classroom is able to learn and grow. As a team we will be working towards reaching daily goals through collaboration, and critical thinking. I will be working hand in hand with parents making sure that every student gets the most help in and outside of the classroom.
